Paper Machine Vacuum Suction Roll with Up to 1.200 mm Diameter and 5 m Length for Max 60 kN/m Pressure

The Vacuum Suction Roll is a critical component in paper making machines, used in both the wire part (as wire suction roll) and press part (as pick-up roll, felt suction roll, or press suction roll) of the paper manufacturing process.

Our suction rolls are available in one-, two- or three-chamber designs, with three-chamber models specifically designed for paper web transfer between wire and press sections. Constructed with either bronze or stainless steel tubes and stainless steel chambers, these rolls accommodate diameters up to 1,200 mm, lengths to 5 meters, and maximum pressures of 60 kN/m.
