Huatao Replacement Tufflex polyurethane-coated screens redefine durability and efficiency in mining and quarry screening. Made with stainless steel wire ropes (1.5-12mm diameter) and synthetic cords—both encased in thick polyurethane—they offer a unique blend of smoothness and flexibility. The polyurethane coating repels material buildup, preventing blinding and sticking far better than traditional woven wire.

Key Advantages

Aperture options are versatile: square or rectangular shapes range from 1.5mm to 45mm, with custom rectangular slots as fine as 0.7mm for precise mineral separation. The screen's welded design (fully or partially welded) ensures structural integrity, while optional polyurethane sheets can be welded to high-impact zones, such as hook edges, to boost abrasion resistance.

Compatible with existing equipment, Huatao Replacement Tufflex requires no modifications to replace woven wire screens. Maintenance is straightforward, with tension checks following standard procedures. In side-tension configurations, synthetic cords act as guide bars, improving particle stratification by directing large stones down the deck and funneling small ones toward apertures. This enhances efficiency, reduces downtime, and extends screen life—key for busy operations.
